The pad can be placed either under the user's seat cushion or over the back of an armchair, enabling the user to be free of any connecting wires, rather than looping the whole room.

The Loop Pad is for use with hearing aids that have the "T" or "MT" (Loop pickup) facility and  can be used an alternative to the standard Loop Cable around the room.

The Loop Pad requires a suitable Loop Amplifier that can accept a 3 Ohm load.

Listening Position 

When  listening  to  the  loop  system,  the  user  may  find  that varying their position in the chair will change the reception.

The loop pad should be adjusted for position so that satisfactory sound levels are obtained.
