Description
The Starkey Starlink 2.4GHz Table Microphone is designed for use with Starkey Genesis AI, Essentia (wireless), Evolv AI, Livio AI and Livio hearing aids in group settings like meetings, family gatherings or noisy restaurant environments. Place it in the centre of a table and it will utilise the eight built-in microphones to determine the primary speaker's voice and stream it directly to your hearing aids. It allows a user to focus on a dominant speaker or sound of their choice and also an automatic mode. Also compatible with Audibel Intrigue AI and Arc AI hearing aids.
Conversation Streaming Modes
The Table Microphone is a versatile, intelligent product. It
follows the main speaker in quiet or noisy settings automatically
to provide you the best speech understanding possible. The Table
Microphone allows you to override the automatic mode and manually
select up to two speakers among the group. The Surround mode is
optimized for a large group discussion in quiet settings. In
addition, the
Table Microphone can be worn by a distant speaker in noisy
settings.
Tabletop
Place your Table Microphone in the middle of a table to
listen to a group of people. For best speech understanding, always
bring your Table Microphone as close to the conversation partner(s)
as possible.
TV Audio Streaming (Line-in)
Streaming audio from your TV to your hearing aids, simply
insert the audio streaming cable into the micro USB jack of the
Table Microphone and the other end into the 3.5 mm audio output
(headphone) jack of your TV or other audio device.

As someone with profound single-sided deafness (SSD) since early childhood, the Starkey StarLink Table Microphone has genuinely been a game changer for me. Paired with my Essentia 1600 CROS system, it completely transformed my ability to participate in group conversations. For the first time in over 50 years, I was able to sit at dinner with friends and hear everyone clearly, regardless of where they were seated around the table. What makes this device so effective is that it effectively replaces the behind-the-ear microphone input with a multidirectional table microphone positioned centrally within the conversation. The improvement in speech separation and conversational clarity far exceeded my expectations and dramatically increased the effectiveness of my CROS setup. In quieter environments such as restaurants or dinner tables, the experience was remarkable — not simply louder, but clearer and far less mentally exhausting. It reduced the constant effort normally required to track conversation with SSD. I also tested it in a busy and noisy pub. While naturally less effective in a highly challenging acoustic environment, it still provided a very substantial improvement and made conversation significantly easier to follow than relying on hearing aids alone. For anyone with SSD or a CROS system struggling with group conversation and listening fatigue, I would strongly recommend trying this device. For me, it was one of the first assistive technologies that genuinely changed how socially included I felt.
