Description
A 5+ year, battery powered, sealed-for-life, wireless interlink smoke alarm with groundbreaking Thermoptek™ technology inside.
The WST-630 smoke alarm has been designed to give the earliest possible warning of fire via a network of wireless interlinked smoke alarms.
This smoke alarm can be used in conjunction with heat alarms (eg in the kitchen and garage) to provide complete protection for the home.
It incorporates the groundbreaking Thermoptek™ technology, which
provides responsiveness to all fire types in one alarm. Thermoptek™
technology combines the very latest in optical sensing with thermal
enhancement, providing fast reaction to both slow smouldering and
fast flaming fires in a single alarm.
Each smoke alarm communicates with others by continuously
sending and receiving wireless signals creating a 'meshed network.'
This ensures that all alarms will trigger simultaneously in the
event that a single unit enters alarm mode.
Please note that Wi-Safe2 units are not compatible with the previous generation Wi-Safe units

Theses are terrific, we are so pleased! Very easy to install, 5 minutes each smoke head (we bought 3), just 2 screws to hold the plate in place and the smoke head attaches by turning it into position, very easy. Pairing them up is so simple, it takes around 10 seconds for each one. They are also VERY loud and the interlinking works perfectly together. Our house is now fitted up with 3 smoke heads; from starting to open the boxes, to finishing testing and sitting down with a cup of coffee took less than half an hour - my wife now thinks I am a DIY expert, which could be tricky in the future as most other things aren't as easy as these :-) 10/10

Greater Manchester Fire Service has just installed 2 ST-630T smoke alarms and W2-svp-630 combined strobe & vibrating pad, because I am deaf and disabled. The products are great and are very loud, the best thing I have got in my house, apart from my wife and children. I rate this product 100 Stars, more then excellent. Thank you.
